1. Personal data operator
Operator: VisualVector. The full legal name and BIN/IIN will be added before public launch.
A working email address for requests and withdrawal of consent will be added before public launch.
2. Data collected
The enquiry form may collect a name, company name, phone number, city or project geography and message content.
Technical services may automatically receive an IP address, browser and device information, request date and time, cookies and security logs.
3. Purposes
Data is used to receive and process an enquiry, contact the user, clarify the brief, prepare a proposal, operate and secure the website, and comply with Kazakhstan law.
4. Consent and processing operations
The legal basis is the user’s consent, given by selecting the checkbox beneath the form and submitting the enquiry.
The operator may collect, record, organise, store, update, use, transfer to technical providers, block and delete data solely for the stated purposes.
5. Retention
Consent remains valid until the processing purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless longer retention is required by law or contract. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
6. Third parties and international transfers
Data is not sold or published in public sources without separate consent.
FormSubmit is used to deliver completed briefs to VisualVector by email. It receives the form contents, forwards them to info@visualvector.kz and may temporarily retain submitted data. Hosting, email, CRM, analytics and communication providers may also receive access only as needed. If they are outside Kazakhstan, a cross-border transfer may occur subject to applicable requirements.
7. Web analytics
The website may use Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to measure visits and interactions with WhatsApp, phone, email, services, languages, projects and the short brief.
The contents of brief fields — name, contact details, company and task description — are not sent to analytics systems. The services may use cookies and receive technical information about the device, browser, IP address, page and visit time. Users can restrict cookies in their browser settings.
8. Security
The operator uses organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, blocking, copying and destruction. Access is limited to people who need it to process the enquiry.
9. User rights
A user may request information, correction, blocking or deletion of their data and may withdraw consent using the contact published on the website.
Processing will stop as required by Kazakhstan law unless another lawful basis requires retention.
10. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the website, processing methods or law changes. The current version is always published on this page.
